The District Five Teacher Forum will host this year's School Board Candidate Forums. Information about the events can be seen in the flyer below. To prepare for the event and make sure it is responsive to our community's needs, we call on all members of our community to submit questions for the candidates.

Questions should be general enough to be submitted to any candidate.

You may submit this form more than once if you would like to submit more than one question.

The deadline for submission for the October 1st Forum is September 24th at noon. Depending on responses, we may open the collection again for the October 22nd Forum.
