2021-22 - Jones played in the Lions exhibition against Division I Wichita State (Nov. 4th) but did not see any action during the regular season...As a team the Lions ranked in Division II, 8th in fewest turnovers committed per game (12.2), 24th in three's attempted (701), 30th in assist-turnover ratio (1.08), 32nd in three point field goal defense (27.2) and turnover margin (+4.23), 33rd in three's made (221), 34th in fewest turnovers committed (377), 40th in rebounds (1,207), 41st in free throws made (416), 43rd in scoring margin (+10.3), 46th in free throws attempted (574) and 49th in blocks (111)... In the MIAA ranked second in blocked shots per game (4.3), defensive rebounds per game (27.5), third in blocked shots, fourth in field goal defensive percentage (38.4), free throws made and sixth in free throws attempted
2019-20 - Appeared in 17 games for the Lions starting eight during her second season at Southern … averaged 5.9 points, 1.7 assists, and 0.8 steals per game … registered a season-high 19 points including a perfect 5-for-5 (both season-highs) from beyond the arch vs. Lincoln (Mo.) on Feb. 29.
2018-19 - Appeared in ten games for the Lions as a freshman … averaged 2.2 points, 0.8 assists, and 0.3 steals per game to begin her collegiate career … registered a season-high 17 minutes at No. 20 Southwestern Oklahoma State (11/10) … scored a season-high five points in her first game against Oklahoma Baptist (11/9).
Prior to Southern - was  is a three-time letterman for Pickerington Central High School under head coach Jonathon Hedgepeth ... helped lead the Tigers to two conference and two sectionals championships, while making it to the Sweet 16 of the state playoffs in back-to-back years as a freshman and sophomore (2015 & 2016) ... during the 2015-16 season, she assisted the team toward a 24-5 record and an undefeated record (16-0) in conference play, followed by a 23-5 and 12-1 record in her junior season ... scored a spot in the Division I regional semifinals only to fall to Dublin Coffman by three points.
Personal -Â Kaiulani (Kai) is the daughter of Ricardo and Remy and plans to major in criminal justice with a minor in psychology.
