“We are excited to bring together young people from across the Baltic Sea Region to discuss and develop responses to the challenges facing our societies,” said CBSS Director General Grzegorz Poznański. “The Youth Ministerial provides a unique opportunity for young leaders to come together and make a difference in our region’s future.”

The CBSS Youth Ministerial will feature approximately 30 young participants from the Baltic Sea Region, who will learn about current challenges related to societal security and resilience in the Baltic Sea Region. They will develop a position paper to be presented at the CBSS foreign ministers’ meeting, the Ministerial Session 2023 due to being held in Germany on 1-2 June 2023.

In addition to the position paper, participants will also have the chance to develop project proposals during a workshop, with the winning proposal receiving 5,000 euros in funding for its implementation.
