In September, we are once again celebrating recovery in Ballymun.
This year, following on from last year's success, we continue the need to look at things differently due to the pandemic. Without putting people at risk but also still showing our passion and support for recovery during the month of September.
One of the activities is to promote health & fitness by asking people to Run, Walk, Hike, Cycle, Swim, Dance or Exercise to their own ability, but also to challenge themselves to show solidarity during Recovery Month.

How It Works - Do it!, Wear it!, Share it! & Log it!

-Follow the 'Ballymun Recovery' page on Facebook and/or Instagram, set your target
-Do your fitness work daily, log it on your smartphone or watch
-Share a photo of yourself during or after fitness
-Track your kms/minutes of sessions during the month to show your accomplishments
-Fill in this short form each week to allow us to share weekly totals.

And that's how easy it is!! Stay healthy for a great cause.

Remember you can still do this with friends or colleagues - set up Facebook groups, What's app groups, so you can support and challenge each other. Please use #munmoves4recovery so we can all share in your achievements.
