An organization that pursues grants without adequate preparation or a framework in place, is at risk for: submitting a weak application, wasting time and resources, and possibly damaging its reputation with potential funders. This training will equip participants with the tools to assess their organization’s grant readiness, and establish an effective grant development strategy. Participants will help their organization’s proposals become more competitive and attractive to foundations and other grantmakers.
