A node within an ecosystem
Our scope of action is broad across technology, social change, democracy and collective intelligence. As a node, we look at connecting different silos, seizing opportunities to blend our social & tech skills to enhance transformational processes, looking at strengthening the whole ecosystem and supporting the emergence of peer nodes.
Building Narrative Power
Narratives embody power structures, and narrative change challenges harmful norms, enabling new ways to perceive, understand and do things. We help build narrative power, collaborating with groups across different regions (Europe, Latin America, Africa) where human, women, LGBTQIA+, and migrants’ rights are under threat.
Embracing complexity and challenges
Humanity faces unprecedented challenges, and a deep gaze is required to navigate this complexity. By sharing our multi-layered understanding, we aim to support collective sense-making. We bring our creativity to explore how to shift paradigms to fight climate change, to craft stories that open alternatives in a growing authoritarianism context, and to seek new forms of democracy, citizen participation, and care in our societies.

Innovation and dynamics
Societies change quickly, and technology is continuously disrupting. In connection with our quest for flourishing societies and a life-centred planet, we listen, decipher, and interpret. This allows us to formulate new hypotheses and to learn from each iteration.
Empathy
Societies and humans are complex. So we try not to judge but to understand the deeper motivations, meanings, and suffering that lie beyond social behaviors and trends. This requires deconstructing and reconstructing our cognitive categories and asking ourselves philosophical questions.
