MURRUMBEENA Wall Art
Donation protected
The Rotary Club of Caulfield and Anthony Breslin want to give a lasting gift to the Murrumbeena Community . One to inspire children and adults to follow their dreams
There is a 50 meter wall on cnr Murrumbeena Road and Railway Parade in Murrumbeena Victoria Australia . It is currently painted black and graffitied extensively . We wish to cover the wall in over 6o panels showing the story of Big Frog . This is a story from Anthony Breslin's book. There will be pages from the book and interactive puzzles for children to explore.
Every person that donates will have their name recorded on a special plaque in the mural. This art work will make Murrumbeena a more attractive place and lift the spirits after the Sky Rail Project that decimated Murrumbeena for over two years.
The funds are required for materials , special anti graffiti paint scissor lifts etc.
This will bring the pride back to Murrumbeena.
Murrumbeena means land of the frogs .
This project is the Caulfield Rotary club's Centennial Gift to Murrumbeena What a way to make 100 years of Rotary in Australia.
