All plans include an annual boiler service and certificate, plus we send a reminder when your service is due meaning one less thing to think about.
Things NOT included are
- Pre-existing, system design or installation faults
- Sludge, scale (repairing damage caused by this)
- Mains electrical system (sockets, light fittings, circuits, fuse box)
- Drains and waste pipes
- Baths, showers, sinks, taps or toilets
- Boiler replacement (but we give £150 towards a boiler we install)
- Outside items
- Damage caused by someone else you used for repairs
- Faults within the first 14 days of cover
- Household appliances (fridges, washing machines, etc.)
