I left the day-to-day of PR agency life over a decade ago now, to make the move from creative practitioner to educator, to empower and help others to upskill in this critical area. So I was excited to see the launch of the brand new digital Lions Creative MBA and applied for the role as Course Leader for the inaugural cohort. And I'm very happy to say that I got the job! The new Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity LIONS cMBA will give you the tools, techniques and insights needed to deliver your most impactful work, become a creative leader, and have a measurable impact on your company’s results. I'll be working alongside the amazing Lions learning and content teams, with Steve Latham and Jenni Middleton, and the wider Lions team for whom this has been a labour of love. I'll support the first cohort across 10 weeks as we hear from pioneers of the creative industry, in-house marketers, creatives and others who have paved the way and made Grand-Prix winning work. I've been to Cannes many times and no matter what work I am there to do, I attend as many talks, seminars and workshops as I can to get inspired, see the work and hear how it was made first-hand. I learn so much every time, and it helps hone all the skills we need as creative thinkers and problem solvers. I'm so excited to help support the next generation of creative talent.
