🚰 The European Commission has recently adopted two key documents to improve water reuse and ensure our seas achieve good environmental status. ✅ A new standard methodology will now measure microplastics in water, making our waters safer and cleaner. 🌱 Additionally, a delegated act for the safe reuse of treated wastewater in agriculture will guide risk management plans, focusing on production, storage, and distribution processes. 🔍 This move not only supports sustainable agriculture but also aids Member States in defining 'good environmental status' for seas, ensuring the sustainable use of marine resources.
