Participants will be brought through the application of the law by experienced data protection practitioners and privacy consultants from private practice, the public sector and from large multinationals. This course will ensure that participants are equipped to deal with the new compliance issues that are ahead.

    Honorary unpaid appointment within the Irish Sailing Association which is the National Governing Body for Boating in Ireland.

    As Honorary National Trainer of the Irish Sailing Association for over nine years, Stuart developed, led and promoted marine training schemes for powered craft in Ireland, including the National Powerboat Training Scheme and the Inland Waterways Helmsman Scheme. These schemes are now recognised as the "Best Practice in Industry" standards for both Leisure and…

    As Honorary National Trainer of the Irish Sailing Association for over nine years, Stuart developed, led and promoted marine training schemes for powered craft in Ireland, including the National Powerboat Training Scheme and the Inland Waterways Helmsman Scheme. These schemes are now recognised as the "Best Practice in Industry" standards for both Leisure and Professional users of small and fast craft on Irish Coastal and inland Waterways.

    Stuart also acted as a technical advisor to the Dept of the Marine in the development of small and fast craft marine safety legislation in Ireland.

    Stuart was invited to Lead and Chair Project "Live Momentum" in a Voluntary unpaid capacity for the Irish Times Training based Digital Marketing Diploma Class of 2013.

    For the project, Stuart created a Digital Marketing based Micro Enterprise for each of the 10 students in the group.

    Each student takes immediate ownership of their assigned web based business and treats it as their own business for duration of the 10 week project.

    Stuart received Awards in the Ericssons Business Excellence Awards for Best New Business and Most Innovative New Business for his work in developing a Water Sports Tourism Infrastructure on the River Shannon. This led to Stuart designing and delivering a €2M Hodson Bay Watersports Boat Training Concept on the River Shannon near Athlone.
