Reduce daily workload

The system ensures an objective and reliable quality assessment. This greatly reduces the daily workload. In addition to monitoring the process, the operator only takes care of the supply of packaging material and the removal of full packs such as pallets and trays with rejected eggs. Egg quality, reject category data (per hen house and/or day totals) is transparent and accessible for further analysis. To support the monitoring of the process, Meggsius Detect is part of the system. The Meggsius Detect detects leaking eggs from the egg infeed conveyor and offers the opportunity to remove these leaking eggs manually at an early stage in order to prevent soiling.
